Norton House opens new bedrooms
Norton House Hotel on the outskirts of Edinburgh has just opened 32 new bedrooms and three duplex suites bringing their total number of guestrooms to 83. The rooms feature climate control, a widescreen LCD television with Freeview channels, a DVD, a CD player and MP3 player connection and free wi-fi internet.

In January 2008 the hotel will be opening a new conference and banqueting suite as well as a new health club and spa. The conference suite will include a main room to seat 200 theatre-style and divisible into two equal sections, a spacious reception and breakout area plus a roof terrace. The suite will be self-contained with plenty of natural daylight, air-conditioned throughout with AV connectivity and wi-fi, equipped with a drop-down projector and 50”plasma screen.

The new health club includes a fully equipped gymnasium, swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, steam, room, sauna and a spa with single and double treatment rooms.

Norton House, part of Hand Picked Hotels, is located 6 miles west of central Edinburgh on the A8, two miles from Edinburgh International Airport.
