Prima add to their portfolio
Luxury hotel operators, Prima Group, has added a fifth hotel to its portfolio with the acquisition of Nunsmere Hall Hotel in Cheshire. The 36 bedroom four red star country house hotel is set in 11 acres of landscaped gardens and bounded on three sides by a 60-acre lake. Prima completed the purchase on 9th August.
Prima Group has four other hotels in the UK. It has recently completed a £5.2m refurbishment of The Royal Terrace Hotel in Edinburgh. It also owns The Quorn Country Hotel in Leicestershire, Hellaby Hall Hotel in South Yorkshire and The Stanneylands Hotel close to Manchester Airport
