Four new Park Inn hotels to open in the UK
The Rezidor Hotel Group have unveiled plans for four new Park Inn hotels in the UK at Edinburgh Airport, Peterborough, Grimsby, and Rotherham.

The 160-bedroom Park Inn Edinburgh Airport will be located within the airport boundaries on the main approach road, about five km from the terminal.

The Park Inn Peterborough City Centre will be located next to the Queensgate shopping mall. Currently an office complex, work will begin converting the building into a 115 bedroom hotel within the next three months.

The 120-bedroom Park Inn Grimsby will be built at the end of the M180 motorway, on the edge of the town centre.

The 130-bedroom Park Inn Rotherham will be constructed on the town's ring road on a site which will also include luxury apartments, a golf course, a leisure/spa complex, a medical centre and offices.

The openings of the four new properties are scheduled for 2008 and 2009.

Park Inn is the mid-market brand of The Rezidor Hotel Group. Its rooms are functional, comfortable, practical and well maintained. Rezidor currently has 75 Park Inn hotels in operation or under development.
