Q Hotels acquires Marston group
Q Hotels have announced the acquisition of Marston Hotels this week taking the total number of hotels in its portfolio to 21. Both Marston with 12 hotels and Q Hotels have a strong reputation in the corporate conference market. Both groups boast extensive leisure facilities in their hotels. Q Hotels include the Midland Hotel and the Queens Hotel in the centre of Manchester and Leeds respectively. Marston Hotels include properties on the
outskirts of Oxford, Cambridge and Nottingham.

Expect no immediate change whilst Q undertake an audit of their new roster. With effect from the New Year the Marston Hotels will be gradually rebranded as Q Hotels.
