New apart-hotel opens in Leeds
‘Roomzzz at 361’ is new 22 apartment-hotel development which opened in Leeds this week - to be followed on 3 December by ‘Roomzzz Central’ which opens closer central Leeds on 3 December.

Roomzzz are being promoted as the alternative to standard hotel accommodation with bedrooms available for as short as a one-night stay. It is a ‘business-friendly’ concept with a web-only booking system, a fluctuating pricing structure dependent on the length of stay and a flexible cancellation policy up to the day of arrival.

The apartments are fully furnished and include wide screen LCD satellite television, kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher & washer/dryer. Little extras include direct dial phone with complimentary local and national calls plus free broadband internet access.

‘Roomzzz Central’ with 109 studio apartments in situated on Burley Road, a ten minute walk from the heart of Leeds. ‘Roomzzz at 361’ is just over a mile from the city centre on the same road. Both sites have secure parking – underground in the case of Roomzzz Central.
