New-look Quality Crown Hotels
The Quality Crown Hotel Hyde Park will close for a total refurbishment in late January 2007. It will reopen in April as a new boutique-styled property with 76 bedrooms, including 60 king or twin-bedded rooms, a larger lobby and bar area, a new fitness centre and a new conference room. Air-conditioning will be installed throughout the hotel. Located on Talbot Square, The Quality Crown Hyde Park is within walking distance of its sister hotel the Quality Crown Hotel Paddington.


The group have also acquired a third hotel in the same area with 72 rooms and no more than 200 metres from Paddington Station. This will close for refurbishment once Hyde Park re-opens and will be refurbished to the same standard. The fourth London hotel in the group, the Quality Crown Kensington on Cromwell Road, opened August this year.
