New Ramada Encore planned for Birmingham's NEC
A 164-bedroom Ramada Encore is planned for the NEC (National Exhibition Centre) in Birmingham. The hotel, on the site of the NEC offices, is expected to open in 2008. NEC employees currently based at NEC House on Bickenhill Lane will move 'above the shop'
to new offices within the exhibition complex itself. Work is likely to start around the end of October 2006 and will not disrupt the NEC's exhibition business.

Ramada Encore Hotels features bright, innovative and contemporary bedroom accommodation with plenty of work space and well-equipped bathrooms. They also feature "The Hub", an informal public area with a coffee shop and bar.

Ramada Encore Hotels are currently to be found in York, Bournemouth,Birmingham-Walsall, London-West, Swansea with the latest just opened at Milton Keynes.
