Sloane Square Hotel - London
The Sloane Square Hotel opens on Sloane Square in October 2006 - with a claim to 'combine modern design with comfort and efficiency and fantastic value for money'. Each of the 100 rooms is fitted with all the requirements of the modern business traveller: high-speed internet access, large desks and working areas, telephones with individual voicemail, large flatscreen televisions with a broad range of channels and personal DVD players. In addition, there is a wireless network in all rooms and a free-to-use computer workstation in the hotel's Drawing Room. The Sloane Square also has a conference suite, complete with state of the art communications and projection systems, overlooking Sloane Square. Individual touches include a free chauffeur service in to the city every morning and special rooms for the taller guest. The hotel is entirely non-smoking.
Alongside is the Chelsea Brasserie with menus from breakfast through to dinner - described as having an 'informal and buzzy yet sophisticated atmosphere; a modern take on the classic French Brasserie'. The Brasserie also offers a room service menu to the hotel guests.
